Job DetailsJob Location: PA - CONNELLSVILLE, PA 15431Position Type: Full Time  Strata Innovative Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in industrial electrical construction, specifically within the oil and gas sector. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned projects—from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout—while ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities Manage industrial electrical projects in oil & gas environments Oversee project lifecycle: estimating support, planning, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and scope clarity Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company standards Conduct site visits and maintain strong client relationships Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Qualifications  Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in industrial electrical construction Strong experience in oil & gas facilities (upstream, midstream, or downstream preferred) Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, motor controls, and hazardous area classifications Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and field personnel Strong knowledge of NEC (or applicable electrical code) Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, Primavera, etc.) Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to travel to job sites as required Journeyman or Master Electrician background PMP certification a plus, but not required Experience with Class I Div 1 & 2 installations Experience working with EPC contractors and large industrial clients
