Job DetailsJob Location: Roechling Automotive Duncan - Duncan, SC 29334Röchling Automotive is looking for a Senior Specialist HR Services to join our team and support our employees and leaders across a broad range of HR activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working with people, supporting leaders, resolving employee-related matters, and contributing to a positive work environment. The role will be involved in employee relations, performance management, training, benefits, compliance, and HR process improvement.   Key Responsibilities • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns • Assist with resolving employee issues and conflicts and conduct investigations when necessary • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives • Support the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning • Assist managers with performance issues and improvement plans • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs and provide guidance to employees regarding benefits enrollment and claims • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation • Assist with HR reports, metrics, and other HR-related data • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures • Ensure consistent application of company policies and practices • Support HR projects and initiatives focused on improving HR processes and systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on organizational development projects • Coach and guide leaders on personnel-related matters Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field • +5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with HR processes and tools, including background checks, STAR interviewing, DISC assessments, and competency models   If you’re an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact, work closely with employees and leaders, and contribute to a growing automotive organization, we’d love to hear from you!
