Pursue Relentless Improvement  About the Job CDS Home Services is seeking a dynamic professional to assist in the execution and management of a growing generator and electrical company. The Install Coordinator position will be responsible for overseeing all office and administrative aspects of daily generator installation operations. This role reports directly to a Business Unit Manager. Our primary goal is to ensure excellent operational standards are met and that we maintain high customer satisfaction.  Install and Inside Sales Coordinator In this role you will work in the office coordinating liaison with local and state governments to ensure that all needed permitting is obtained for generator installations, as well as supporting the daily operations of our business through coordination of a variety of internal and external client requests. You can anticipate this role to focus on operational performance to meet customer expectations. A successful applicant will be able to: Perform quality work within deadlines  Interact and communicate professionally with internal and external customer groups Prioritize daily tasks in consideration to Organizational Strategic Goals Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating efforts with other employees and external customers Essential Job Functions Oversee and make the pre-calls/delivery scheduling and checking the status of installation work orders Oversee and set-up measures/estimates with customers Data entry and tracking of all orders Manage the completion of all jobs to ensure that all required paperwork and payments are entered into internal systems Manage the pre qualifying of customers for installation services Oversee all gas forms for generator installs to ensure that residence is verified for meter and service line Oversee all electric forms for generator service tie ins with utility companies Coordinate with Ms. Utility to mark property to ensure job site safety for any necessary installation jobs Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner Oversee that all licenses are up to date for electric in 4 States Oversee dispatch board to ensure that jobs are scheduled correctly Maintain all forms that the electricians and techs use for electric and generator dept Work with local and state governments to ensure that all needed permitting is obtained in a timely manner. Work with gas and propane companies in scheduling timely installation Working within the Home Depot system to upload and complete contracts. Assist sales team by supporting lead follow-up, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely communication with prospective customers Conduct outbound calls to support sales efforts, including appointment setting, customer follow-ups, and status updates Provide administrative and operational support to sales initiatives, helping drive conversion and customer satisfaction QualificationsRequired Education and Experience AA Degree or Equivalent years of experience in Service management industries. 1-3 years of account/program management. Sales life cycle experience. Poses a willingness to learn while working in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of experience Experience coordinating service and sale of products within regulated industries Supervisory Responsibility This position is not a supervisory role Main Working Relationships Significant Internal Relationships: Sales Department, Customer Service Representatives, Accounting Department, Drivers, Dispatch and Administrative Staff of CDS, Warehouse Personnel Significant External Relationships: The General Public, CDS Electricians and Sub-Contractor base, The Home Depot Associates, and Generac internal sales representatives Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
