CDS Home Services is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Door to Door Canvasser throughout Maryland. This is a performance-driven role focused on helping homeowners learn about home standby generator solutions while generating qualified leads for our sales team.   This is not a sales role. You will not be responsible for conducting estimates, quoting products, or closing deals. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a personal vehicle to and from assigned territories. Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekday evenings and weekends. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English with homeowners, team members, and leadership. Comfortable approaching and engaging homeowners in residential neighborhoods. Professional, friendly, and respectful demeanor when representing CDS Home Services in the community. Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in assigned territories. Ability to follow scripts, talking points, territory instructions, and lead submission procedures. Basic ability to use a smartphone or mobile device to submit lead information accurately and timely. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing residential neighborhoods. Prior experience in canvassing, lead generation, customer service, retail promotions, community outreach, political canvassing, home improvement, telecommunications, or outside sales preferred No experience required   Who Will Excel in This Role?
