Green View is a family-owned landscaping company in Central Illinois, running since 1955. We're hiring a Lawn Care Technician to keep client lawns healthy across the Peoria market — applying treatments, diagnosing problems, and building trust with clients along your route.

What you'll do:

Apply fertilizer, weed killer, and other treatments to lawns, following label and safety rules
Inspect lawns and figure out what's wrong — pests, disease, nutrients, weather stress — and recommend fixes
Keep accurate records of every application
Help with bed maintenance, pruning, and planting when needed
Help with snow removal in winter
Work independently on your route, or as part of a crew when needed

What you need:

At least 1 year in turf care, lawn maintenance, or similar work
IL Pesticide Applicators License (or willing to get one — we'll help)
Valid IL driver's license, clean record
Able to lift 50–75 lbs and work outside in all weather
Reliable, organized, detail-oriented
Comfortable talking with clients — you'll interact with them regularly
