About the Role:
MoonRunners Saloon in Dunn, NC is looking for a passionate and experienced Evening Restaurant Manager to lead our team and keep the energy alive after dark. This is your chance to take the reins of a lively saloon atmosphere and deliver an unforgettable guest experience night after night. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house evening operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Lead, motivate, and manage evening shift staff including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency throughout service
- Handle guest relations, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage cash handling, end-of-night reporting, and closing procedures
- Enforce health, safety, and alcohol service compliance standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient ticket times and menu execution
Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant or bar management experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team
- Experience with POS systems, cash management, and end-of-shift reporting
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable NC regulations
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
