About the Role:

Sparks Concrete LLC is looking for skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing team in Bunnell, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a dedicated crew delivering high-quality concrete work on exciting projects. Responsibilities:

Pour, spread, and level concrete on slabs, floors, sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces
Use hand and power tools including screeds, trowels, floats, and edgers to finish concrete surfaces
Monitor concrete consistency and make adjustments to ensure proper curing and finishing
Set forms and reinforcements prior to concrete pours
Apply sealers, hardeners, or other finishing compounds as required
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in concrete finishing, flatwork, or general concrete construction
Proficiency with concrete finishing tools including bull floats, power trowels, and hand trowels
Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans or work orders
Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in outdoor conditions
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to work in the Florida heat and varying weather conditions
