Job DetailsJob Location: DURANGO, CO 81301Salary Range: $15.16 - $15.16 Hourly  Division/Department: Train Job Title: Concessionaire Reports To: Concessions/Retail Manager Type of Position: Non-Exempt Classification: Seasonal Compensation: $15.16/hour + tips Location: Durango, Colorado Job Description: The Concessionaire role handles all aspects of our onboard and standalone concessions services- offering guests food, beverages, souvenirs and other for-purchase items. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide guests with the highest degree of customer service in beverage, food and merchandise purchases Regularly restock inventory throughout and after shift Meet sales goals, as established by the Lead Concessionaire and Concessions/Retail Manager Education, Skill and Experience: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions Experience operating cash registers and point of sales systems a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to interact in a friendly, energetic manner with customers Work Environment: Must be able to stand and walk up to 10 hours per day. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Varied schedule sometimes requiring evenings, weekends and overtime. Able to stand and walk on uneven or unsteady surfaces aboard a moving train. Qualifications
