Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Cage/Vault Supervisor is responsible for while safeguarding all cash assets and ensuring tip compliance. You will report to the Cage/Vault Shift Manager.
聽
Primary Tasks:
1.聽聽聽聽聽聽 You will manage Cage Cashiers, Vault Clerks, and OTB Tellers (where applicable) to include resolving associate聽performance issues, conducting performance management with staff (reviews, address sub-standard performance),聽promoting teamwork and inclusiveness, training, and auditing/inspecting work of your team to ensure standards are聽met.
2.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform vault and cash bank counts.聽 Prepare daily bank deposits.
3.聽聽聽聽聽聽 You will maintain accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations, on-site check disbursements and W-9 information.
4.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Resolve customer issues, answer public inquires and immediately resolve customer/associate/management聽concerns.
5.聽聽聽聽聽聽 You will provide cashier services, including cashing tickets, and preparing deposits.
6.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare reports related to auditing of casino paperwork.
7.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate with Managers or Shift Managers concerning any problems, issues, or positive actions.
8.聽聽聽聽聽聽 You will assist guests with race results, reading programs, advice on types of bets, the issuance of vouchers, and on聽how to place a bet at location with OTB operations.
9.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Use computers to enter, access, or retrieve data.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience handling large volumes of cash
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Able to work with large sums of money.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Apply basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Two (2) years cash handing experience with prior management experience preferred.
