Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Hotel Shift Manager has completed responsibility for all Hotel Operations during shift, as specified by management all records, customer satisfaction, policy and procedures compliance, and ensure that associates follow and comply with company standards. You will report to the Hotel Manager/Hotel Director.

**Start Rate: $49,920 | Full-Time | Overnight shift聽

Primary Tasks:

1.聽聽聽聽聽聽 You will assist manager in preparing budgets and organizational development.

2.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Management to include staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and visually monitoring performance to ensure聽adherence to all service and productivity 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽standards to provide guest satisfaction and profit.

3.聽聽聽聽聽聽 You will ensure that guest problems are resolved quickly.

4.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide input concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.

5.聽聽聽聽聽聽 You will implement operating standards, customer service, and productivity.

6.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure that the highest possible standards of guest services and employee relations are maintained and 聽carried out.

7.聽聽聽聽聽聽 You will assure compliance with established hotel procedures

8.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent oral or written (legible) communication techniques.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prior management experience.
