Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of all promotional activities, including on- and off-property events, entertainment, and concerts. This role also provides administrative and operational support to the Marketing management team. You will report directly to the Promotions Manager.
Primary Tasks:
- Execute all promotional activities including drawings, giveaways, tournaments, and both gaming and non-gaming events. Prepare all related documentation such as prize slips, promotional logs, winner release forms, and other necessary paperwork.
- Organize promotional materials and items for giveaways, including decorations for events and promotions.
- Set up and break down promotional stages as scheduled. Ensure the promotional stage, booth, terminals, and inventory storage areas are clean, organized, and properly equipped.
- Provide administrative support for special events and marketing initiatives, including reception duties, filing, reporting, tracking, and trafficking.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of on- and off-property events.
- Update mobile digital content on the gaming floor.
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications to inform other departments of upcoming events and their required contributions.
- Engage with guests on the gaming floor to promote carded play, encourage new member sign-ups, and communicate promotional details. Meet assigned weekly and monthly goals.
- Collaborate with various departments—including EVS, Conference & Group Sales, Maintenance, IT, Food & Beverage, the District, Slot Department, and Table Games Department—to ensure successful event execution.

Requirements:
- Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and capable of emceeing promotions and events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar.
- Proven customer relationship skills to support promotional and event development.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service across departments.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in entertainment, promotions, or marketing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
