You’ll Make an Impact By

Supporting High-Volume Hiring
Coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and tracking applicants to ensure recruiting efforts move quickly and efficiently.

Partnering with Hiring Leaders
Meeting with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, clarify role expectations, and help identify the best candidates for open positions.

Creating a Great Candidate Experience
Conducting pre-screening calls and interviews while guiding candidates through the hiring process with professionalism and care.

Determining Hiring Eligibility
Reviewing applicant qualifications and determining hiring or transfer eligibility in accordance with organizational policies.

Keeping Hiring Organized
Maintaining accurate records and tracking candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other digital platforms.

Representing the Choctaw Nation
Serving as a brand ambassador by sharing the mission, culture, and career opportunities available within the Nation.

Engaging with the Community
Participating in career fairs, hiring events, and internal meetings to promote employment opportunities and build strong talent pipelines.

Ensuring Compliance and Confidentiality
Guiding hiring managers through hiring procedures while maintaining discretion and protecting sensitive information.

Improving Recruitment Processes
Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance technology usage, and improve the overall hiring experience.

Collaborating Across Teams
Working closely with HR partners to resolve hiring challenges, improve onboarding experiences, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, hospitality, or administrative support preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfort speaking with groups, candidates, and leaders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams and OneDrive

  • Professional judgment when handling confidential information

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
