Job Summary: The Real Estate Development Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion. They will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to deliver high-quality healthcare facilities. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the community's healthcare infrastructure.

Primary Tasks:

  1. Develop and manage a program of projects inclusive of planning, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder management, issue resolution with proper escalation to not lose momentum on any project.
  2. 聽Provide leadership with appropriate management of internal and external consultants to ensure compliance with project specs, budget, and schedules.
  3. Work with proper end-users to develop project scope of work documents and project plans that include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule, and any related risk.
  4. Provides relationship management to ensure the customer is put first and communication always takes priority.
  5. Trend, track, and ensure all departmental goals achievement with proper management and escalation of issues promptly.
  6. Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, monthly reporting, financial reporting, and performance reporting to ensure adherence to project documents and business planning efforts.
  7. Support project development of assigned maintenance capital/development capital planning. Execution of planning support department related strategic goals.
  8. Facilitates working relationships with public entities, including the local and government offices, federal officials, and local jurisdictions.

Required Education, and Experience:

路 Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, architecture, or related field of study or 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of education

路 PMP certification

路 Strong analytical skills with emphasis on financial and business acumen

路 Demonstrated ability to implement organizational change

路 Strong verbal & written communication, with the ability to take complex concepts and

聽 communicate accurately and persuasively.

路 Strong Time Management Skills

路 Real Estate Development Experience a plus.

路 Five (5) years' experience in strategic program development, implementation, and project management
