Job Purpose or Objective(s): This position is responsible for synchronizing operational activities for the IT Department. Charged with managing various process improvement strategies in order to ensure strategic and tactical alignment between the internal business organizations and technology services.

 Primary Tasks:

1. Accountable for ensuring continuity in the business process functions of IT. This includes but is not limited to Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, Communications, Finance, Training, etc. 

2. Responsible for the creation of operations-centric activities, thereby driving efficient IT functions within multiple departments. 

3. Responsible for optimizing department execution by enhancing the synergy between business processes and IT, building and sustaining a process-managed IT organization. 

4. Proactively identifies the need for, organizes, and facilitates necessary meetings between various departments, following up to ensure the senior desired outcomes are achieved. 

5. Understand, analyze, and drive alignment between business strategies and IT services, engaging in decision-making and providing strategic recommendations. 

6. Monitor, analyze, and drive improvements based on the operational state of the department and the actualization of strategic outcomes, providing actionable reports to senior management. 

7. Focuses on the human, organizational and value stream aspects of business processes and their transformation. 

8. Strategically identifies, develops, and implements performance improvement plans based on business performance and incentive metrics for technology services. 

9. Coaches and mentors the team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth. 

10. Perform other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field 

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues 

3 years experience with project management and implementation processes 

5 years of IT or Business Management experience 

Intermediate analytical skills and customer service abilities 

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment 

Great communication and presentation skills 

Project Management or Change Management Certification or ability to obtain one within 90 days 

3 years in a management position
