TL;DR
Join an engaged, dedicated, and growing team in our mission to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism. Your job? Find, hire, and inspire passionate part-time staff who will provide individualized supports to the people we serve.
This role is equal parts communication, coordination, and problem-solving. You’ll navigate multiple online platforms, paperwork, spreadsheets, meetings, and emails while working through puzzles that don’t always have easy answers. You'll feel amazing when it all comes together.
We want to hear from you if you have experience with recruiting or working with the disability and/or autism community. Just as important are enthusiasm, reliability, and the persistence to keep working the puzzle until the right solution comes together.
