Technical / Role-Specific Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, laundry, and mechanical equipment.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
- Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and service calls.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform corrective repairs.
- Maintain hotel grounds, public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house facilities.
- Perform painting, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct daily inspections of building systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, fire, health, and environmental regulations.
- Assist with emergency situations, including power outages, water leaks, and equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and repair records.
- Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to provide exceptional guest service.
Engineering:
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building systems
- Relevant certifications or licenses preferred
Education (Optional / Adjustable)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
