Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking HVAC Installation Helper to assist our lead installers with residential heating and air conditioning system installations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. No prior HVAC experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Assist lead technicians with the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

  • Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites

  • Help remove and dispose of old HVAC equipment

  • Assist with setting and connecting indoor and outdoor units

  • Help run and install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and drain lines

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites

  • Load and unload trucks and ensure tools and materials are accounted for

  • Follow company safety procedures and jobsite protocols

  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

  • Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team

  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus 

  • HVAC schooling or certification is a bonus but not required
