Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking HVAC Installation Helper to assist our lead installers with residential heating and air conditioning system installations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. No prior HVAC experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist lead technicians with the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
Help remove and dispose of old HVAC equipment
Assist with setting and connecting indoor and outdoor units
Help run and install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and drain lines
Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites
Load and unload trucks and ensure tools and materials are accounted for
Follow company safety procedures and jobsite protocols
Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
HVAC schooling or certification is a bonus but not required
