About the Role:

Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar in Morrisville, NC is looking for a talented and passionate Lash Technician to join our growing team! If you have a steady hand, an eye for detail, and a love for making clients feel their most beautiful, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

Perform professional lash extension applications including classic, hybrid, and volume sets
Conduct lash fill appointments and assess natural lash health at each visit
Consult with clients to determine desired lash styles, lengths, and curl types
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and fully stocked lash station at all times
Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up
Stay current on lash trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

Valid North Carolina Esthetics or Cosmetology license required
Proven experience in lash extension application (classic, volume, and/or hybrid)
Strong attention to detail and precision in lash placement and isolation
Excellent communication and client consultation skills
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Experience with lash lifting and tinting is a plus
