Job DetailsJob Location: WDI - Durham, NC 27705Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.50 - $18.50 HourlyWe take pride in maintaining the pristine look and feel of our trio of hotels to maximize guest satisfaction. The Overnight Floor Care associate completes custodial tasks while maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and quality guest service. Responsibilities: Strip, polish, and wax floors as needed. Cleans various areas of hotel daily. Cleans all carpet surfaces in the conference center, restaurants, and lobby level guest hallways. Responds to guest requests in a timely manner. Assists with special exterior cleaning projects as needed. Assists with proper placement of chairs and tables as needed. Assists the Housekeeping Department in the maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas, and storage areas. Cleans and polishes furniture and equipment and dispose of any waste. Wash windows, walls, woodwork, and blinds as needed. Monitors and maintains back of house areas at all times. Reports all damaged and missing equipment.
