Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Raleigh Durham Office - Durham, NC 27617Newcomb & Boyd, a multi-discipline engineering firm in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina is looking for a Plumbing Engineer I. Responsibilities Support the company with the design of complex plumbing systems. Prepare 2- and 3-dimensional construction documents using Revit. Design domestic water, sanitary, waste and vent systems, fuel systems, medical gas systems, and laboratory gas systems. Prepare documents and calculations for the LEED certification process. Coordinate design efforts working closely with our in-house disciplines, architectural clients, and building owners. Plan project production process.   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Possess a solid technical base with desire to learn, lead, and grow into a Senior Engineer. Prioritizes effectively, has good follow-through, and practices self-implemented quality control measures. Ability to communicate well in writing, as well as verbally. Demonstrates proficiency with Revit. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
