What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Benefits Advisor), you'll connect with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.
Client Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and supplemental coverage options
- Explain products and services clearly, professionally, and accurately
- Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate electronic client records and documentation
- Help working families understand the financial protection benefits available to them
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every client interaction
