Labcorp is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Durham, NC, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!
Job Responsibilities:
Work with sales leadership to develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that accelerate strategies for revenue growth, e.g., pipeline health, opportunity identification
Collect, organize, cleanse, validate, and analyze sales data to create, calculate, and deliver reports on sales performance and sales commissions
Assist with administration of sales compensation plans
Research commission payment or sales discrepancies and exception requests and resolve them timely and accurately
Administer, monitor, and analyze performance on sales campaigns and sales contests
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize sales performance for sales management and representatives
Communicate with and answer sales analytics and commission questions from sales leadership and representatives
Prepare and communicate ad-hoc sales analytics reports
Develop best practices, tools, reporting, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies and identify areas for process improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
5 or more years of demonstrable experience in data analytics with ability to analyze large datasets efficiently and effectively
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years experience supporting senior sales leadership or enterprise sales organizations.
1 or more years' experience Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Alteryx, Sales Analytics etc.
1 or more years' experience with Salesforce CRM and sales performance management software such as SAP Success Factors or similar
1 or more years' experience in the laboratory industry, healthcare, hospitals and managed care

Strong business acumen - ability to independently work to explore and understand business context
Working knowledge of performing sales commission calculations and creating sales analytics reports
Ability to communicate effectively and work well with various functional departments and levels of leadership

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
Comfort with and confidence in working in a fast-paced sales environment
Labcorp’s National Sales Enablement team is in search of a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to conduct commercial administration and analytics for our Diagnostics sales teams. This individual will be part of a team that provides insights and tools to help sales teams optimize sales processes and accelerate revenue-driving activities.
Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
