About This Role  

In this role, you’ll provide customer-focused technical support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, helping keep critical production equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform corrective and preventive maintenance on complex manufacturing systems while collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams. Your work directly supports reliable operations and helps ensure high-quality products that make a real difference for patients. 

 

Shift Details:  

  • 12-hour shifts  

  • Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM 

  • Rotating 2-2-3 schedule  

What You’ll Do  

  • Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on filling equipment, isolators, vial washers, autoclaves, parts washers, and automatic vial inspection systems 

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues in collaboration with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing personnel 

  • Support day-to-day manufacturing operations, responding to alarms, interruptions, and line issues 

  • Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance activities with strong attention to detail and GMP documentation requirements 

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the execution of all assigned tasks 

  • Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and equipment logbooks 

  • Navigate and manage work orders within a CMMS, coordinating schedules with the planner 

  • Perform lockout/tagout procedures on energized systems 

  • Work independently with general supervision on routine tasks and detailed guidance on new assignments 

  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule for manufacturing operations 

  • Support small projects as assigned by the Supervisor

Willing and able to work rotating shifts, extended hours, and weekends as required. 

 

Required Skills  

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • 3+ years of related maintenance experience 

  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems 

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair 

  • Ability to work overtime and off-hours as needed to support operations 

  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces, and lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs 

  • Ability to stand for up to 3 hours at a time 

  • Comfortable working in cleanroom environments where gowning is required 

 

Preferred Skills 

  • 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment 

  • cGMP experience 

  • Experience performing mechanical and electrical maintenance (including low-voltage and 120V systems) 

  • Ability to read manuals and apply structured troubleshooting methods 

  • Experience supporting manufacturing line operations 

  • Completion of a 2-year trade school or technical program

The base compensation range for this role is: -


Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
