About This Role Â
In this role, you’ll provide customer-focused technical support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, helping keep critical production equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform corrective and preventive maintenance on complex manufacturing systems while collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams. Your work directly supports reliable operations and helps ensure high-quality products that make a real difference for patients.Â

12-hour shifts Â
Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMÂ
Rotating 2-2-3 schedule Â
What You’ll Do Â
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on filling equipment, isolators, vial washers, autoclaves, parts washers, and automatic vial inspection systemsÂ
Troubleshoot equipment issues in collaboration with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing personnelÂ
Support day-to-day manufacturing operations, responding to alarms, interruptions, and line issuesÂ
Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance activities with strong attention to detail and GMP documentation requirementsÂ
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the execution of all assigned tasksÂ
Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and equipment logbooksÂ
Navigate and manage work orders within a CMMS, coordinating schedules with the plannerÂ
Perform lockout/tagout procedures on energized systemsÂ
Work independently with general supervision on routine tasks and detailed guidance on new assignmentsÂ
Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule for manufacturing operationsÂ
Support small projects as assigned by the SupervisorÂ

Required Skills Â
High school diploma or equivalentÂ
3+ years of related maintenance experienceÂ
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systemsÂ
Proficiency with hand and power tools used in maintenance and repairÂ
Ability to work overtime and off-hours as needed to support operationsÂ
Ability to climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces, and lift/move equipment up to 50Â lbsÂ
Ability to stand for up to 3 hours at a timeÂ
Comfortable working in cleanroom environments where gowning is requiredÂ
Â
Preferred SkillsÂ
3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environmentÂ
cGMP experienceÂ
Experience performing mechanical and electrical maintenance (including low-voltage and 120V systems)Â
Ability to read manuals and apply structured troubleshooting methodsÂ
Experience supporting manufacturing line operationsÂ
Completion of a 2-year trade school or technical programÂ

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
