United Concrete Products is seeking a safety-conscious 10-Ton Overhead Crane Operator to join our 1st-shift manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy overhead cranes to move concrete products and materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a 10-ton overhead crane to lift, move, and position heavy concrete products and materials.
  • Perform daily pre-operational safety inspections on the crane and rigging equipment.
  • Collaborate with ground crew and rigging team members using clear hand signals and verbal communication.
  • Adhere to all OSHA and company-specific safety guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with other yard or plant duties as needed.
  • Experience: 1+ years of solid, verifiable work history operating overhead cranes (specifically heavy-tonnage cranes).
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Safety-First Mindset: A proven commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
  • Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work a demanding early-morning schedule and occasional Saturday overtime.
