DJ's Dive is seeking dependable, professional Security Staff to help create a safe, welcoming environment for our guests and team. This role is about much more than security presence—we're looking for individuals with excellent situational awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively de-escalate conflicts and difficult situations

Responsibilities:

Monitor guest and staff safety throughout the venue
Provide a visible, professional presence
Identify and address potential issues before they escalate
Assist guests and staff with professionalism and respect
Work closely with management and team members to maintain a positive atmosphere
Enforce venue policies consistently and fairly
Document incidents and communicate effectively with leadership when necessary

Position Details:

Part-time and Full-time opportunities available
