Maintain compliance with company standards in:  Product preparation and service delivery Customer relations and satisfaction  Facility maintenance and repair  Inventory management Lead team management efforts, including recruiting and retaining team members. Ensure financial accountability in all operations. Consistently deliver top-quality products and services to every customer. Perform additional duties as required or assigned.
