Job Description:Fidelity Bank is seeking a customer‑focused Assistant Retail Branch Manager to support branch sales, operations, and team leadership. This role partners closely with the Retail Branch Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive new business and relationship growth, supervise and coach branch staff, and ensure accurate, compliant execution of daily banking operations. The Assistant Retail Branch Manager serves as a trusted financial advisor, promotes digital banking solutions, supports staffing and performance management, and assumes branch leadership responsibilities in the manager’s absence. The ideal candidate has strong banking product knowledge, sales and service expertise, supervisory experience preferred, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to Fidelity Bank’s service standards and core values.
