Job Description

• Exemplifies the Amcor Behaviors and Values at all times. Leads by example and exhibits professionalism in all areas when representing Amcor inside and outside of the plant.
• Work in a professional manner with other processing technicians and maintenance personnel as needed to keep all equipment in top working order resulting in only quality product being released to the customer.
• Various other duties as assigned.
•  Troubleshoot minor machine issues
•  Ability to discern molding issues from machinery or process issues
•  Record accurate production data necessary for tracking purposes
•  Develop corrective actions for machine/molding issues
•  Track downtime, quality performance and machine efficiency
•  Train personnel to improve technical capabilities and experience
•  Evaluate the quality of products form newly set-up machines
• Monitor production process
• Respond to reported machine/mold issues
• Start-up and shut-down molding machines as necessary
• Perform material and color changes in a proficient manner
• Communicate all changes and all important information to the Manager or Supervisor
• Ensure all system performances are optimized and running safely.
• Work with/relieve assembly line operators as needed to meet production requirements
• Follow and enforce all Environment, Health and Safety, ISO, Food Safety and cGMP policies and procedures
