Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and positive Office Manager to join our team. This essential role serves as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors while supporting the daily operations of our Catholic school community.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys providing outstanding service to students, families, faculty, staff, and visitors. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to contribute to a faith-filled school environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist students, families, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage front office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain office supply inventory and purchasing.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student and family records.
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding school events, announcements, and important updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the principal and school leadership.
  • Assist with a variety of office and school operations as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Canva.
  • Experience with Blackbaud or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent grammar, proofreading, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
