Lot maintenance: Keep the lot clean, presentable, and organized, including arranging vehicles and removing debris. Logistics: Move items around the lot, shuttle them to other locations like service departments or vendors, and assist with transportation. Merchandising: Ensure vehicles are properly displayed with correct pricing, stickers, and other documentation. Administrative tasks: Maintain fuel logs, file reports, and manage other requested documentation. Customer service: Assist customers and associates, handle inquiries, and sometimes provide shuttling services.  Qualifications Education: A high school diploma or GED is typically required. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, maintenance, or equipment operation is often preferred. Skills: Customer service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational: Strong skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain a tidy lot. Computer: Basic computer skills are necessary for logging inventory and other tasks. Other requirements: Driver's license: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
