Commission Sales Associate
DOPE Marketing | Full-Time | Remote | 100% Commission, Uncapped
We're hiring salespeople who already know how to sell and want a seat where they set their own ceiling.
We give you the leads, the tools, the training, and the targets. What you do with them shows up on your paycheck. There's no cap on your commission and no cap on your hours. If you want to work a 12 hour day and out-earn everyone on the board, nobody here is going to stop you.
What You'll Earn
Most reps in this seat earn $100,000 to $130,000. Our top performers are approaching $200,000 once they've built their book.
Uncapped, tiered commission on every print sale. The more you sell, the higher your rate climbs.
Commission on mail sends volume from the accounts you get sending. Build the book once, get paid on it as it grows.
What You'll Do
Work inbound leads. Business owners reach out needing print items (yard signs, door hangers, business cards) or wanting to learn about direct mail. You figure out what they need, quote it, and close it.
Live on the dialer. High-volume outbound calls and disciplined follow-up. The reps who win here are the ones who stay on the phone.
Educate, then sell. Print transactions are simple. Direct mail is not. Most business owners don't yet know what it can do for them. Show them the strategy first and the sale follows.
Grow free accounts into paying customers. Plenty of business owners create a free DOPE 360 account and never send their first campaign. You get them sending.
What We're Looking For
Prior sales experience. This isn't your first sales job.
A self-starter who runs their own day. Remote and commission-only means nobody is going to stand over your shoulder, and nobody is going to hand you a schedule. You build it, you keep it, you hit your numbers.
Someone who wants to make real money and is willing to bet on themselves to do it.
Comfortable with high-volume phone work and steady in the face of objections.
Competitive, coachable, and organized. There's a lot moving in this role and you need to stay on top of it.
CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable) and solid Google Workspace proficiency.
We've had a lot of success with people who come from door knocking, insurance sales, or high-volume outbound phone work. If that's your background, we want to talk.

Training
You'll complete two weeks of onboarding to get up to speed on DOPE 360, HubSpot, and our internal systems. You'll be trained on everything DOPE Marketing so you can sell with confidence from your first call.
