This person will be required to travel 50-75% to cover vacancies at our other branches outside of Eagan, MN. They are the face of the company for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life.  You will educate patients on the use of their equipment, troubleshoot issues, check-in with patients to ensure proper and safe use of their equipment, and build trust with our customers through regular face-to-face interactions. Must have a current Commercial Driver License, minimum of a Class C.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Make deliveries in a straight truck or van, up to 16 feet in length Deliver and educate on safe use and care of respiratory equipment at each patient’s residence Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy Resolve patient equipment problems on an as needed basis Compensation and Benefits: $22-$25 per hour Overnight bonuses Mileage Meal per diem Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Employer Paid Life Insurance 401k Eligibility on Day One of Employment FSA Account (Medical and/or Dependent) Pet Insurance Short Term and Long-Term Disability Accident, Hospital Indemnity, and Critical Illness Insurance Vacation, sick, and paid holidays Flexible start times QualificationsKey Qualifications: A minimum of a Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred. Current state issued driver’s license Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check, drug test, and DOT physical Ability to lift, pull, push and carry heavy equipment daily. (Up to 165lbs.)
