Position: Full-Time
Location: Utah
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide consistent, structured mental health care through telehealth. In this role, you will meet with clients, identify their needs, and guide them through treatment plans that support long-term progress. Your work will directly impact how clients manage stress, behavior, and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

Provide intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
Identify key concerns and set measurable treatment goals
Deliver evidence-based therapy in a virtual setting
Document sessions and maintain accurate client records
Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment strategies
Recognize and respond to risk factors appropriately
Stay aligned with current telehealth guidelines and practices

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Active LCSW license in Utah
At least 1 year of clinical experience in mental health or counseling
Strong understanding of treatment planning and case management
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Experience with telehealth tools and EHR systems
