We are looking for a CNC Programmer at our Eagle, WI facility!

The ProgrammerĀ is responsible forĀ the creationĀ and maintenance of programs for turret punch, laser cutting machines, and dimension flats.   

Essential Duties:

  • Create andĀ maintainĀ programs for each piece of blanking and welding equipment.Ā 

  • Maintains and/or changes the floor routings and BOMsĀ requiredĀ for processing the parts through the sheet metal department.Ā 

  • Resolve programming issues.Ā 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • H. S. DiplomaĀ 

  • Must be at least 18 years old to work in a manufacturing environmentĀ 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical School/Associate DegreeĀ 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to read and interpretĀ engineering drawings and printsĀ 

  • Ability to interact effectively with both production and engineering employeesĀ 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and PDM/ERP systems (AS/400, iSeries, MAPICS)Ā Ā 

  • Demonstrated knowledge ofĀ creating AutoCAD, SolidWorks, orĀ ProEĀ 

  • Proficient inĀ SigmaNest, Striker, and G-code/M-codeĀ 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of fabrication sheet metal processes including punch press, brake press, laser, and CNC)Ā 

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.Ā  On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
