LV Petroleum is building something new in Eagleville, MO — and we want experienced Diesel Technicians to be part of it from the start!

Our brand-new shop is scheduled to open at the end of October, and we are hiring our team now. Selected team members will have the opportunity to train at one of our established locations before the new shop opens, giving you the hands-on experience and preparation you need to hit the ground running on day one.

What You'll Do
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel vehicles, trucks, and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other diesel-related issues.
  • Identify problems efficiently and determine the appropriate repairs needed to return equipment to safe operating condition.
  • Perform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, and other mechanical repairs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, parts, and labor.
  • Perform work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality repair standards.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, DOT requirements, and applicable industry standards.
  • Stay current on diesel technology, diagnostic equipment, and repair techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team and operations to minimize equipment downtime.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Diesel Technician, Diesel Mechanic, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, mechanical systems, and vehicle/equipment diagnostics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Ability to prioritize repairs and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and maintaining reliable equipment.

Qualifications for the Diesel Technician position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in diesel technology is preferred.
  • ASE Certifications Preferred
  • Experience in diesel repair and maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Weekly pay.

Competitive hourly wage. PLUS Commission
