Schedule: Friday & Saturday 1:30PM - 9PM, Sunday 8AM - 8:30PM, Monday & Tuesday 12:30PM - 8PM

About the RoleÂ
Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Group Facilitator–Coach to deliver psychoeducation and specialty groups that support patients in achieving lasting recovery. You’ll receive full training and curriculum to ensure consistent, high-quality care aligned with the RCA Care Model.Â
In this role, you’ll lead 15–20 one-hour groups per week, provide patient coaching, and support with operational needs to maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Facilitate engaging, evidence-based groups that meet learning goalsÂ
- Promote patient participation, safety, and long-term engagement in treatmentÂ
- Complete documentation and group notes accurately and on timeÂ
- Attend supervision, meetings, and required trainingsÂ
- Perform any other job-related duties as assignedÂ

QualificationsÂ
- Associate’s degree or state-required education minimumÂ
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably in residential treatmentÂ
- Maryland CAC-AD, CAC-approved Supervisor License, or A&D Trainee Status preferredÂ
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsÂ
