Registered Nurse -- RN

Salary: $42.00 - $49.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (per-diem)

What You'll Do

As an addiction recovery RN at RCA, you will:

  • Provide individualized care by conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatmentsin accordance with established protocols.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on addiction recovery processes and effective self-care strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress and maintainaccurate, confidential documentation.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment that respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals.

 

What We're Looking For

  • An active RN license in [state]
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or related fields (preferred).
  • Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it during orientation.
  • Strong clinical judgment and the capacity to manage medical and behavioral health emergencies effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to compassionate patient care.

A former patient may not be hired at the same location where they were treated until a minimum of one year has elapsed since the completion of their treatment at that location. Former patients may be considered for employment at other RCA locations within a year after treatment. This consideration will be subject to the standard hiring process and must not compromise ethical standards, patient care, or the reputation of RCA.
