Full Time:

• 1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:00 PM 

Part Time:

• 1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:00 PM 
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd shift - 11:00PM- 7:00AM
• PRN ALL SHIFTS

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an RMA / Medication Aide, you'll help our residents feel safe, supported, and cared for each day.

• Assist residents with medications according to Virginia guidelines
• Accurately document medication administration
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Work closely with our nursing and resident care teams
• Provide compassionate care in Assisted Living and Memory Care

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

✓ Current Virginia Medication Aide / RMA certification
✓ Must be at least 18 years old
✓ Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or LTC experience preferred
✓ CPR/First Aid certification preferred
✓ Dependable, compassionate, and team-focused
✓ Ability to successfully complete required background screening
