Transportation Coordinator (Earth City, MO)

Position Summary:

Work directly with sales team, customers, other Raymond Central departments, and other distributors to coordinate rental projects as efficiently and accurately as possible. Provide administrative support to the rental department. Work directly with customers and all departments to provide the best customer support possible.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with invoicing issues, issuing credits and adjustments when required.
  • Develop positive, long-term customer service relations.
  • Coordinate shipment of rental, used, and stock equipment.
  • Maintain records on all rental equipment, monitoring location and condition of all equipment at all branches.
  • Maintain filing system
  • Assist transportation manager on various projects as assigned.
  • Assist in fielding incoming calls.
  • Various additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Work with all departments to ensure quality of customer service.

Ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working with DOT regulations and truck load transportation 
  • Experience scheduling work orders in the industrial or material handling space

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience with customer service/customer interfacing
  • Experience scheduling maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical services
