We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Branch Services Manager.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a Branch Services Manager to oversee the management of the credit union imaging system, door access system, and alarm security for all branch locations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Maintains a highly motivated, well-trained staff, maintaining effective employee relations.

- Participates in the interviewing and selection of qualified applicants for vacancies.

- Oversees the management of supplies, inventory control, incoming and outgoing mail processing, door access systems, and alarm security for all branch locations.

- Handling of deceased accounts.

- Manages the credit union imaging system and vendor relationships.

- Conducts timely employee performance appraisals and recommends appropriate personnel actions.

- Makes recommendation for appropriate personnel actions including corrective action or discipline.

Qualifications: 

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Three to five years of similar or related experience.

- A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing preferred, but not required.

- Customer service experience is required. 

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
