Job Summary:  

We are seeking a Loan Center Representative to assist consumer loan applicants with their applications submitted online and by telephone. Provides clerical and administrative support to process and close member loans via DocuSign. 

Key Responsibilities:  

- Maintain online and telephone loan applications in a timely and accurate manner.   

- Contact applicants as needed for various matters including loan decisions. 

- Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.  

- Promote products and services to meet member needs.  

- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.  

Qualifications:  

- High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available

- Customer service experience is a plus.  

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM  

- Saturday Hours 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM  

- Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.

- Part Time Employees have a 20-25 hour work week within the hours listed above.
