  • One year management experience in retail or spa setting
  • Strong sales and customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work under stress
  • Be able to lead and motive a team
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, day/ nights/ weekends and holidays.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy

Responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management of studio operations
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding goals set for membership sales
  • Responsible to ensure cleanliness of studio at all times
  • Assist in hiring and training of staff
  • Maintain the accuracy of the client files and system reports
  • Scheduling of staff
  • Social media coordinator

All with the goal of ensuring a flawless client experience and meeting established studio goals on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
