Part-Time Counter Associate
Mr. Pot Pie – East Aurora, NY

Mr. Pot Pie is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our East Aurora location. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time as we expand our store with our new 716 Bagel Co. concept in the coming months.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
Assist customers with selecting pot pies, soups, baked goods, and other products.
Operate the Square point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions.
Package products neatly and efficiently.
Prepare coffee and beverages as needed.
Keep displays stocked, clean, and attractive throughout the day.
Maintain a clean dining area, front counter, and workstations.
Help receive and stock deliveries.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
As the store expands, learn bagel preparation, sandwich assembly, and additional food service responsibilities.

Qualifications

Friendly, positive personality with excellent customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Retail or food service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
