CNC Aerospace Machinist – FAA Repair Station
 We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support the restoration of used turbine engine components—including compressor cases, gearboxes, and front frame assemblies—in our FAA Part 145 Repair Station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate Okuma, Mazak, and DMG Mori CNC equipment for one-off and low-volume repair machining.
  • Restore critical aerospace features using engineering dispositions, repair operations, and legacy/vintage drawings.
  • Develop custom fixturing and machining strategies based on unpredictable incoming part condition.
  • Inspect components using precision measurement tools and collaborate with Engineering and Quality.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years CNC machining experience; aerospace strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Okuma OSP, Mazatrol, or DMG Mori controls.
  • Strong ability to interpret drawings, GD&T, and repair instructions.
  • Skilled in setups, workholding, and machining of nickel alloys, stainless, titanium, and legacy materials.
  • FAA Repair Station experience is a plus.

7am - 3:30pm (overtime prior to 7am and Saturdays)

3:30pm - midnight (10% differential & overtime after midnight)
