Direct Support Professional – Manufacturing Program (Full-Time)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 35 Hours Weekly

As a Direct Support Professional in our Manufacturing Program, you’ll work alongside individuals at local manufacturing companies, providing hands-on job coaching, mentorship, and support to help them build confidence, independence, and workplace skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coach and support individuals at community-based manufacturing internship sites
  • Help participants learn job tasks, workplace routines, and professional skills
  • Encourage independence, teamwork, and personal growth
  • Assist with resume building, job applications, and interview preparation
  • Build positive relationships with local businesses and promote inclusive employment opportunities
  • Maintain communication with management and document participant progress

What We’re Looking For:
