Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential boiler system issues
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, safety inspections, and system evaluations
  • Install, replace, and upgrade boilers and related heating equipment
  • Troubleshoot hydronic heating systems, controls, circulators, expansion tanks, and related components
  • Test system performance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and reliability
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national codes and safety standards
  • Educate homeowners on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices
  • Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience servicing, maintaining, or repairing residential boiler systems
  • Experience with gas, oil, and hydronic heating systems preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship
