Responsibilities:

• Maintain HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Collaborate with the project team for the efficient execution of maintenance services.
• Conduct quality cleaning, checks, and adjustments for optimal system performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and maintain professionalism on-site.
• Complete accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience as an HVAC maintenance technician.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and physical capability for manual tasks.
