What You'll Do
As a Preschool Teacher, you'll:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
What We're Looking For
Assistant Teacher:
- 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare center.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Drivers License
- A passion for inspiring young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
Lead Teacher:
- 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare center.
- CDA Required
- Valid Drivers License
- A passion for inspiring young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.

Hourly rate: $17.00- $21.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
