What will you do? Make an impact!

This is a great opportunity for dependable, hands-on workers who enjoy operating equipment, working outdoors, and taking on a variety of tasks throughout the day. In this role, you’ll play a key part in safely moving, processing, and preparing materials while keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Safely unload trailers and handle various material streams
- Operate forklifts, excavators, and backhoes to move and process materials
- Stage, store, and track drums and materials accurately
- Prepare materials for processing, including mixing and loading equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
- Work across multiple areas, balancing tasks and priorities throughout the day
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
Â
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience operating forklifts or other heavy equipment (training available for the right candidate)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable multitasking and working both independently and as part of a small team
- Basic math, problem-solving, and ability to follow written procedures
- Able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
