Overview

We're looking for a high-performing Dental Office Manager to lead our team and drive practice success. This is an opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on building strong teams, creating exceptional patient experiences, and delivering outstanding operational results. As the leader of our practice, you'll play a key role in coaching and developing team members, optimizing schedules, improving production and collections, and ensuring every patient receives five-star care from start to finish. Compensation: $65,000-75,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing operations in a dental practice
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, treatment planning, insurance verification, claims processing, and patient collections
  • Experience leading and developing front office and clinical team members
  • Proven ability to monitor and improve production, collections, accounts receivable, and schedule efficiency
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Curve, Fuse, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance, patient relations, and customer service best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive patient experience
  • The ability to do responsibilities highlighted in internal Office Manager training materials includes production, collections, AR oversight, schedule management, and operational accountability
